I'm back again....Now I have an 18 month old son!! He's so awesome and loves to go with me on runs unless it is cold out. Lately he has been throwing fits while out for a run and I could be 30 minutes out, that's a long way from home with my toddler throwing a fit. Kicks his boots off, throws everything out of the stroller or his hands get cold and you forget getting happy after that. I'm finding it so difficult now to get out and have a good run. I don't mind running with the stroller and have ran up to 10 miles with it. I've come to the conclusion that having the stroller can be a god send. I have EVERYTHING I need at arms reach.... Food, fluids, extra cloths, cell, Ipod, you name it I'm pushing it.
I can not understand how some woman seem to be able to do it all and I can't seem to do anything. I only work part time so I'm actually home all day 2 days out of the week which does not include the weekends which I'm home all day. I had to take some time off of running just to get some kind of schedule for cleaning my house..... How do they do it? What am I doing wrong? I'm back to running now and am signed up for a Half Mary in April and I want to do a full Mary in June. I'm tyring to train and actually follow the plan I picked which I did move it around to fit me and my schedule but now its to cold out even for me to run. This morning it was -25 NO WAY am I running in that.... I can't. I have a treadmill but at the moment it is sitting outside b/c our house is under construction. I would try to go to the Gym but what do I do with my son. I don't get a Hugh amount of support or help from my husband so I'm pretty much on my own and it can be very frustrating at times especially when I'm dying to get out for a run..... Brodie didn't mind riding in the stroller for the first 14 months and then he didn't like it so much. Basically when he started walking... It can be so hard.
